FORIAN INC. | NASDAQ: FORA

2020 - 2022

  • Designed, implemented and oversaw the human resources function for a rapidly growing technology startup.

  • Led M&A due diligence and integration for HR and Compliance workstreams, streamlining processes.

  • Completed a full integration of two separate entities to a new HRIS system: responsible for discovery, selection, termination of previous systems and new system implementation.

  • Seamless data migration for two entities on different PEO providers to TriNet. Data integrity of HR data for both entities: Conducted data analysis, checked for incomplete and inconsistent data ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and consistent. Aligned with Finance to ensure cross-departmental consistency. Following the data integrity process, lead the development and execution of the Customer Setup Site (CSS) with TriNet on November 22nd. As a result, the bulk data import was completed as scheduled on November 24th and ‘Early Access’ was launched to Forian employees on the originally scheduled date of December 7th.

  • Leverage reporting and analytics to identify opportunities, patterns, and risks. Proactively identifies trends for further management discussion and review.

  • Responsible for leading and completing the HR Section of Forian fka BiotrackTHC - 2021 SOC1/SOC2 Type II/HIPAA Audit.

2019 - 2020

  • Conducted a comprehensive review of the startup’s HR policies, procedures and practices related to the current workforce and workplace.

  • Developed, directed and monitored human resources-related strategies aimed at maintaining a healthy workplace culture, enabling the employees to engage and align with the company mission and core values increasing workplace cohesion.

  • Foresaw potential to drive culture transformation and employee engagement by influencing, educating, and managing staff, enmeshing consistency and integrity throughout all efforts.

  • Developed an employer branding strategy to attract and retain the best technical talent to Univers Tech.

RED VIOLET, INC. | NASDAQ: RVT

2017 - 2019

  • As head of HR, served as part of the ELT, responsible for recruiting, retention, and onboarding; compensation and benefits; policy, procedure and regulatory compliance; training, employee communications and organizational development.

  • Spearheaded complete department overhaul, rebuilding all HR and payroll functions and reporting directly to the CFO, smoothing workflow and mitigating risk throughout tenure.

  • Served as primary liaison between two publicly traded companies during build out, separating entities and benefits as per state requirements and procedures.

  • Thoroughly researched and eradicated potential liabilities, adhering to 100% of compliance regulations and delivering projects under strict deadlines.
