I'm an HR executive and thought leader with over a decade building scalable, tech-enabled people operations for SaaS and technology companies across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, compliance, and innovation. I've led organizations through M&A integrations, HRIS transformations, workforce planning, and the practical adoption of AI in HR, not as a concept, but as a working reality.

My work spans M&A due diligence and integration, AI-enabled HR transformation, multi-country HRIS deployments, and people analytics systems built for real-time decision making.


I've built dashboards that surface flight-risk data before people resign, workforce models that drove retention improvement, and GPT-powered tools that replaced manual compliance work with cited, audit-ready outputs.
